01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "hi309", "the Company", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the hi309 online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at hi309.ws.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any part of the hi309 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on the hi309 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional funds or free spins credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player or successfully withdrawn winnings credited back into the Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, which may require Players to submit government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the sole transaction currency on the hi309 platform.
• "Services" — collectively refers to all gaming, betting, casino, sportsbook, slot, live dealer, and ancillary features offered through the hi309 platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hi309 website, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hi309 platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, game rules, or promotional conditions that may be published on the hi309 platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

hi309 reserves the right to require Players to actively re-confirm acceptance of updated Terms by checking a confirmation box at login following any material amendment to this document.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and participate in real-money gaming on hi309. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. hi309 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to prevent access by persons below the minimum age threshold, including age verification checks and identity document requests.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The hi309 platform is operated for and marketed to English-speaking players located in Pakistan. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that accessing and using the hi309 platform does not contravene any applicable local, national, or international laws applicable to them. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the platform entirely at their own risk.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an Account with hi309, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence).
• A valid and active mobile phone number registered in your name (JazzCash, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone numbers are accepted).
• A valid email address that you regularly access and control.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• City of residence within Pakistan.

hi309 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on hi309 at any given time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be suspended and their balances and winnings may be voided. If you already hold an Account and have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery process rather than creating a new Account.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

hi309 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification policy in compliance with international gaming and anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to submit KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to upon registration, upon requesting a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time hi309 deems appropriate.

Acceptable KYC documents include: Pakistan CNIC (both sides), valid passport, or government-issued driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested where applicable (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing registered mobile number and name).

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. hi309 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to hi309 support immediately.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

hi309 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if hi309 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Account is involved in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any form of advantage play that exploits platform errors.
• The Player has charged back or disputed a legitimate payment made to hi309.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to hi309.

Players may also voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting hi309 support via live chat. Requests to close an Account under self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

hi309 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Raast Instant Payment System, 1LINK, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. hi309 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within one (1) business day for bank transfer methods. hi309 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or telecommunications providers.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your hi309 Account and that is registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals.

hi309 endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

hi309 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. hi309 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or report any transaction that triggers AML screening thresholds. Players must not use hi309 accounts for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

hi309 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly communicated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hi309 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds to make low-risk or no-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal actual risk; using bonus funds in conjunction with external arbitrage or hedging strategies; or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer. hi309 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on hi309, you agree to the specific game rules applicable to that game or betting market, as published within the game interface or sportsbook section. General gaming rules applicable across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hi309 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a clear and demonstrable technical error on the part of hi309 has occurred.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and are subject to change at hi309's discretion.
• hi309 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all slot and table games. All RNG systems are supplied by internationally certified game providers and are independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server log. If a game round cannot be completed due to a server error, the bet for that round will typically be refunded to the Player's Account.
• hi309 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that a manifest error occurred — including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or system malfunctions that resulted in an obviously erroneous outcome.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Account Balance immediately upon confirmation of the game or event outcome. Sportsbook winnings are credited following official result confirmation by the relevant sporting authority.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi309 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the hi309 platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, harvesting odds data, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or any live dealer game.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to accumulate credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not otherwise be obtainable through normal play.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds or using the platform as a vehicle to move illicit funds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to legitimate hi309 transactions.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the hi309 platform, including its source code, server infrastructure, or data systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location or identity.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the hi309 platform — including but not limited to the hi309 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software interfaces, game assets, written content, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of hi309 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hi309 platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the hi309 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Use the hi309 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any hi309 platform content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices contained within the platform.

Any unauthorised use of hi309's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by hi309 and its licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi309, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the hi309 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or Account balance due to technical failures, payment processing errors, or telecommunications outages outside hi309's reasonable control.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the hi309 platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Unauthorised access to your Account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or statistics caused by data providers or third-party systems.
• Any decisions or actions taken by regulatory or law enforcement authorities that affect your ability to access or use the platform.

hi309's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — howsoever arising — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

hi309 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and hi309 and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by hi309 is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, promotional communications (where opted into), and legal compliance. hi309 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by hi309, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations. Requests can be submitted via the live chat support channel.

12 Responsible Gaming

hi309 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players, including those who may be at risk of developing problem gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered Players within their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum continuous play duration after which the platform will log you out automatically.
• Reality Checks — Receive on-screen reminders at intervals of your choosing showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the hi309 platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13 Amendments to These Terms

hi309 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material in nature — meaning they materially affect Players' rights or obligations — hi309 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on your Account or via a prominent notice on the hi309 platform.

Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice. The "Last Reviewed" date shown at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the hi309 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by hi309's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and hi309, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting hi309 customer support via the live chat channel. hi309 will endeavour to resolve all Player disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the stated timeframe, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures established under hi309's applicable gaming licence. Decisions made by the designated dispute resolution authority shall be final and binding on both parties.
